At The Loft we love big bellies! We believe that the pregancy is one of the best periods for the woman as she is about to deliver a new life and that’s a miracle by its own. During this period our goal is to inspire the new mommies to feel strong and energized. The classes include flowing and steady postures, restorative asanas and pranayama modified to benefit yourself and the growing baby. You will learn practical tools for labor and delivery, find relief from the common discomforts of pregnancy and practice some exercises that heal and strengthen the pelvic floor and abdomen.
