Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. With systematic practice of the exercises coupled with focused breathing technique, Pilates is invaluable not only as a fitness training system, but also as an important tool for rehabilitation and therapy. At the Loft we offer daily small group classes of Pilates Equipment, using the Universal Reformer and the Wunda Chair. These equipments offer a wide range of exercises utilizing resistance in order to build core strength, increase flexibility, endurance and coordination.
The result is strong, flexible and well-toned body.
