I started teaching Pilates in 2012, while I was completing my training in Balanced Body. I love this method and respect the main Principles that it teaches: Respect for the Body and Discipline in Mind. In my classes I treat every body differently respecting the individual needs, particularities and demands.
Apart from Pilates, I am an Ashtanga Yoga practitioner, which I met throught important teachers that inspired me and tought me to never stop improving myself and my practice and to always appreciate how strong and valuable our body is. For me, these two methods complete perfectly each other, the offer unique benefits and work always together and never separately.
